Solution
Hospy is a tailored solution for major medical institutions designed to boost reporting effectiveness, efficiency, and accuracy by utilizing generative AI models and secure AWS cloud infrastructure. It was developed in collaboration with the Institute for Pulmonary Diseases of Vojvodina in Sremska Kamenica.
Remote Reporting
We offer a wide range of remote reporting using the setup presented on the left picture: Hospy app on the smartphone, microphone, and dongle. This setup provides doctors with seamless interaction with Hospy. Doctors open the Hospy app on the phone and start recording the session during surgery, or some other examination like daily decursuses, anamnesis, etc. Once the session is finished, the recorded report is generated and stored on the doctor's account.
Epicrisis Generation
Epicrisis is the special report that is written by the doctor after the treatment, and it serves as a sublimation of all important information from the patient's medical history during hospitalization. Writing the epicrisis takes between one and three hours. Hospy can generate epicrisis proposals and save on average one doctor's hour per epicrisis.

Reporting Management on the Cloud
All reports created by the doctor are available over the Hospy's AWS cloud platform from any device that has an internet connection. A doctor can do the remote session in the patient's room and record it using the Hospy mobile app. After coming back to the office, reports are immediately available on the doctor's desktop computer Hospy's web application, once the doctor provides Hospy's user credentials.
